Shanti Kranti is a really great series and the weird thing is that people don’t know about this show that much. It might be one of the most-watched series on Sony Liv but outside that, no one really knows about it.
It is one of the sweetest web series I have watched this year. Had its heart at the right place. It has a decent story that was elevated by great acting.
2. Maharani
Maharani has a similar kind of vibe to Madam Chief Minister and was directed by the same director as well. So, the direction was similar as well. There were too many plots that didn’t lead anywhere.
Maharani’s plot is as simple as it can get. There has been a failed assassination attempt on the Chief Minister of Bihar. So, to be still in power and save his life, he makes his wife, Rani his successor.
Overall, it is a pretty decent show. You can watch it if you want to. But at the same time, it is nothing that special and you won’t miss much if you decide to skip it.
If you want to watch the show you should watch it for Huma Quereshi and Amit Sial and all the other cast members as well.
1. Scam 1992
What an amazing web series this was. I still can’t believe it has been almost a year since this gem was released. And when the series came out the hype was not that good.
I know, People were talking about it but the hype was not as similar to Sacred games/Mirzapur although they belong to different genres. But as time went on, the series got more and more popular.
Scam 1992 somehow changed India’s stock market and investing scene. People started to take interest in these things. And when a series can do that alone, you know that series is special.
And the casting of the show is the real winner. Pratik Gandhi is a pretty established actor in Gujarati theatre and films and he did so well here also. Other cast members were brilliant as well.
